Refund Policy:
Date Night Delivered will offer a refund or credit on any damaged products that you receive in your box. You may only get a refund for the box if you have paid but have not yet received the box.
Shipping:
We can deliver Deluxe date night boxes to anywhere in Winnipeg.
Live outside of Winnipeg? No problem! We partnered with Canada Post to get the best shipping for you. Note: If you live outside of Winnipeg, you can only order the Regular Month Box. We are worried about food spoiling during the shipping process with the Deluxe box!
Date Night Delivered is released from responsibility of your date night box as soon as it is delivered to your house. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. To combat this we knock/ring the doorbell, leave the box on the front step, take a photo of the box and text it to you so you know it has arrived.
Food:
Date Night Delivered is not responsible for any reactions, sicknesses or allergies that result from the food. We pick up the food right before delivering it to you so it stays as fresh as possible. We are not responsible for any frozen food or spoiled food as a result of being left outside on the doorstep for too long.
